I work most often with adolescents and adults often experiencing complex trauma, anxiety symptoms, chronic pain or illness, and neurodivergence. My approach is client centered, and grounded in honoring your unique experiences and identities. When we can focus on our unique strengths, we can unlock unlimited possibilities.

In therapy, I am passionate about supporting you in developing a deeper understanding of your internal world, while building a more compassionate relationship with yourself. As an IFS informed therapist, we can also explore parts of you that may be keeping you stuck while gently working toward healing the parts of you that carry wounds, trauma, shame, fear, grief, or rejection.
