Life's journey can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating personal stressors, societal barriers, and Trauma. These experiences can take a toll on our minds and bodies, causing us to carry some of that stress with us. You are the expert of your own life and we here to support you in this journey.

At Hannah Rose Therapy, our role is to be your ally. We offer a Neurodivergent-affirming therapeutic approach for individuals across the lifespan. Our therapeutic style integrates Mindfulness practices, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Somatic therapy practices. Additionally, Hannah is a certified yoga instructor for both children and adults.

Hannah: $175/55-minute psychotherapy session
Christie: $130/55-minute psychotherapy session
In-Home Psychotherapy: $200/80-minute session
